Greg Allen has over 25 years experience in marketing and management. As CEO/Owner of MarketEdge Solutions, Greg utilizes his many years of experience to bring a “corporate” level of marketing and management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses as well as large corporate clients. The goal of MarketEdge Solutions is to collaborate with clients to identify their business needs, develop the necessary solutions, and then implement those solutions on time and within budget. MarketEdge Solutions treats each client as a business partner and works hard to achieve success for its clients while managing costs and resources. Our niche is providing results in which the quality, timeframe of delivery, and cost savings exceed client’s expectations. MarketEdge Solutions is very comfortable and successful helping growing start-ups, as well as, very large, corporate clients.
Greg has experience performing at a variety of company levels, sizes, and positions, including working with two of Atlanta’s largest companies and top brands, Delta Air Lines and The Coca-Cola Company. He has also worked in mid-sized companies (e.g. 50 employees), as well as small partnerships and is currently a partner/owner in several businesses. This experience allows Greg the unique ability to understand many levels of operation, which he can leverage to benefit his clients.
Greg is also very comfortable working with a range of issues, from very complex, analytical business issues (i.e. forecasting, strategy consulting) to the creative elements (i.e. branding, graphics and advertising). This unique ability to understand both creative and logical / analytical thinking allows Greg to work in a variety of environments with multiple business issues.
Prior to MarketEdge Solutions, Greg served as Director of Marketing at LEVEL5, a financial services company providing strategic consulting, real estate, design, construction management, and branding for financial institutions. At LEVEL5, Greg managed all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to branding, advertising, public relations, collateral, direct mail, survey processes, website, graphics, trade-shows and budgeting. Greg managed the sales and marketing budget and was able to ensure the company managed costs under budget.
Prior to LEVEL5, Greg obtained an immense amount of experience in marketing and communications at all levels, including running his own marketing firm, as well as experience at Delta Air Lines and Delta Community Credit Union. Particularly, at Delta Air Lines, Greg gained experience in brand management, customer experience, partnership marketing / strategic partnerships and more. Of particular note is the marketing partnership he helped form with The Coca-Cola Company. This co-branded marketing partnership provided significant value for Delta Air Lines, as well as the international airline alliance, SkyTeam. Through this partnership, Greg managed a multi-million dollar annual marketing budget to develop and implement co-marketing activities with two of the world’s greatest brands.
Greg successfully graduated at the top of his high school class (Valedictorian) before progressing to the University of Georgia, where he obtained both his Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) and Master of Business Administration.
